Intellectual Property
Our Content: All code, graphics, and software on our platform are the property of BridgeZone.
Work Product: Upon full payment of all fees, BridgeZone assigns all rights, title, and interest in the final deliverables created specifically for your project to you, the client.
Payment Terms
Engaging our services requires adherence to specific financial milestones:
- • Invoices are typically due within 30 days of issuance.
- • Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of active development.
- • Specific project pricing is governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
